Program Announcement

In September the club hoped to be able to return to in person meetings, and the associated social aspects.

At the executive meeting held on Nov 16, 2021 a tough decision had to be made regarding returning to in person meetings.  Due to the continuing uncertainty and the recent rise in Covid-19 infections, the rules regarding proof of vaccination, tracing etc. the decision was made to continue with virtual meetings for the remainder of the 2021-22 season.  We hope to be able to offer some indoor workshops and the outings scheduled will continue as planned, while following the Public Heath, and the venues’ rules.

The executive took into consideration that to some this would be disappointing while others would feel relief.

Since we will not be meeting in person therefore, we will not be able to hold Print Clinics, we will offer a Monochrome Digital Clinic this year in place of the Print Clinics.  The Monochrome submission date will be February 21st, 2022 with the results presentation on April 11th, 2022.

It is the hope of the executive that we will be able to return to in person meetings in September of 2022 providing all our members with the much-missed social interaction of in person meetings.  This will be dependent upon the situation around the ever-changing landscape of the pandemic.
