Reduced Fees on Select Memberships When Joining for the Last 1/2 of the Year
One adult member
Member & Spouse
Two adult members who are considered spouses.
Any high school or post-secondary student
Annual membership dues include all applicable taxes and processing fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
When completing the on-line registration form found below you will be asked to select one of the first three payment methods. Cash payment may made in person only.
Begin by competing the on-line registration form below. Select PayPal as your payment method and press the “Submit” button. If you have completed the form correctly you will be transferred to a shopping page where you add one membership fee to the cart and then press the PayPal button to continue.
Please note: in response to Covid-19 and to help reduce the need for cash the usual PayPal transaction fee has been waived for this year.
Begin by competing the on-line registration form below. Select E-Transfer as your payment method and press the “Submit” button. If you have completed the form correctly you will see a message instructing you to send an E-Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Select Cheque as your payment method and press the “Submit” button If you have completed the form correctly you will see a message instructing you to send a cheque for the appropriate amount payable to The Hamilton Camera Club along with the mailing address.
Use the “Mail In” Registration button found below to display and then print a paper registration form. Complete the form and submit it with the appropriate fee at the next HCC meeting. Do NOT send cash by mail.
Please note: due to Covid-19 the date of the next in-person meeting has yet to be determined. Members who choose to pay by cash will not be able to do so until that time. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be considered a club member until payment is received.

The On-Line Registration process is found below. Start by selecting either the “New Membership” or “Returning Member” item and the rest of the form will be displayed as you complete each of the sections.
Once you have completed the last section which will be your choice for your method of payment, verify that “I Am Not A Robot” box, and then press submit. If you have completed the form correctly and you have selected PayPal as your method of payment the PayPal shopping cart will be displayed for you to complete with the appropriate details.
Press the button at the right to display the Mail-In Registration form. Print and complete the form. Then send it along with a cheque for the appropriate amount payable to The Hamilton Camera Club to the address shown on the form.
If purchasing a Member & Spouse membership, a separate Mail-In Registration form must be submitted for each spouse.
Do NOT send cash by mail.
