A Single Membership is for anyone of any level of experience who may be willing share their passion with others and who has a desire to learn more about the fascinating world of photography.


A Student Membership is for anyone who is currently studying photography, either full-time or part-time at a post-secondary institution. Student Memberships have all the benefits of a Single Membership at a reduced price.


Any couple that wishes to enjoy a shared interest, to learn more about photography and might be willing to share their enthusiasm with others are encouraged to try a Couples Membership.

How to Join:


Just click or tap one of the Membership type links or the “Select Options” buttons above. Then choose either a New or Returning member and press the Add To Cart button. After pressing the Add to Cart button, you will be taken to the Check-out form.

The first time you purchase a membership you will need to enter your Billing Information, including your email address. You will also need to pick a User Name and Password which is what you will use to login to the site in the future. Please be sure that your email address is correct and that it is your primary contact address.

Next select one of the following payment methods:

  • Pay by Cash or Cheque – you will need to bring your payment to the next in-person meeting.
  • Pay by Interac e-Transfer – send the correct amount to, or
  • Pay by Credit Card – enter your card number and expiry date into the on-screen form

You will need to read and agree with the Club’s Terms and Conditions and the then press the “Place Order” button.

In-Person or by Mail

Press the button below to display or download the Registration form. Print out and complete the form. Then either send it along with a cheque for the appropriate amount payable to The Hamilton Camera Club to the address shown on the form, or bring the completed form along with payment to the next in-person meeting.

If purchasing a Member & Spouse membership, a separate Mail-In Registration form must be submitted for each spouse.

Do NOT send cash by mail.
