It is time for us to start thinking about the planning for the next season already.
We need 2 or more volunteers to make up our nominating committee for the upcoming executive.

The nominating committee is responsible for seeking out members who would be interested in running for a position on the 2017-18 executive. 
Club members may also nominate a fellow member whom they feel would be a good candidate, in this case a member of the nominating committee would confirm that the nominee will accept and run for that position.
Please note that according to our by-laws, we are 3 days past the deadline for having this committee put together. If there are no objections from the membership in the next 24 hours we will deem that there is no issue and proceed with our AGM on May 1 2017.
 The Nominating Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors and shall, after obtaining acceptance of candidacy from each candidate, prepare a slate of one or more candidates in good standing for each of the ten (10) vacancies on the Board of Directors. Nominations for the Board of Directors shall be opened forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting, and shall close ten (10) days prior to the date of the

ONLY 2016-17 paid members may attend.
